TASTING NOTES:
2014 RRV - “A bright jeweled garnet in the glass, this Pinot Noir offers up subtle ripe red fruit aromas, gently scented by hints of violets and earth tones. On the palate, red currant flavors flow into a supple, vibrant mid-palate accented by brighter tangerine peel. Elegant, integrated tannins and lovely structure highlight the lingering finish.” (AbV 14.2%, pH 3.82, RS 0.49 g/L, TA 5.5 g/L)

2014 AV - “Elegant and complex, caresses the tongue with silky texture and smooth tannins. Black cherry fruit and berries, a hint of spice, and subtle forest floor tones mingle from the nose through the lingering finish.” (AbV 14.3%, pH 3.73, RS 0.06 g/L, TA 5.5 g/L)

2013 AV - “The 2013 vintage brings together beautiful Pinot character, hints of cherry, seedy raspberry, violets and earthy, herbal notes. Balanced and fresh - this wine is food friendly, with an earthiness that pairs well with mushrooms, sausage, salmon and duck. (AbV 14.07%, pH 3.56, TA 6.56 g/L)

The product of this explosion are copious amounts of elements expelled into space, and one of three things: a neutron star, a nebula, or a black hole. A neutron star is the collapsed core of a star literally made out of neutrons. A nebula is a cloud of hydrogen and cosmic dust. And then we all know the black hole. To some degree, at least. It is a spot where something has become so ridiculously dense that it deforms spacetime around it.
