About Vincent Arroyo Winery
Vincent Arroyo, originally a Silicon Valley mechanical engineer, moved out to Calistoga in 1974 and began his winemaking journey. Though gradually becoming a family affair, Vince has always had a hand in the growing and fermentation despite passing the reins to some degree to his daughter Adrian and her husband Matt. With seven different varieties, from Petite Sirah (his mainstay) to Sangiovese to Merlot, the Vincent Arroyo Winery has been a constant in the Napa Valley scene.

Sauvignon Blanka

TASTING NOTES:
2015 - “Brilliant and light gold color, this Sauvignon Blanc offers bright aromas of stone fruit, pear, fresh grapefruit and lemon citrus. The inviting nose leads to a quenching palate with flavors of citrus and white peach. We recommend serving this wine chilled.”

2017 - “The fresh aromas of tropical fruit, guava, and lemon zest give the wine a beautiful bouquet. The citric flavors give good acidity. Add to that the slight mineral aspects and you get a very nice balanced wine. A creamy lemonesque style finish with a slight hint of oak rounds out this wine quite nicely.”

Blanka is primarily known as the green-skinned, orange-haired beast from Street Fighter. A mainstay of the series, Blanka is a mutated human who lurked the Brazilian rainforest prior to somehow entering big fighting tournaments. With electrical powers and the ability to roll into a human(?) cannonball, he is an unpredictable and fierce opponent.
