About Keller Estate
Though Arturo and Deborah Keller snatched up the site of the Keller Estate around 1989, the Keller Estate label only became a reality in 2000. This was with the return of Ana Keller, Arturo’s daughter, from her education in biochemistry. Now Ana is flying the colors of the Petulama Gap AVA and producing some dang good wines.

The vineyard they planted back in 1989, known as La Cruz, had Pinot Noir and Chardonnay planted over the years. The climate of the Petaluma Valley is apparently perfect for these varietals. Course, today’s offering is neither of these. What a twist!

Who's buying this?

How are you buying your bottles?

It's a Rhône-down! Two regions enter, one region leaves. Figuratively, I mean. Part of France won't disappear.

  • Prefer Northern Rhône appellations. There's something to be gained in exploring the depths of one red varietal. And Syrah is really good.

  • Prefer Southern Rhône appellations. The more grapes involved, the more room there is for ingenuity. I will not be beholden to one grape.
