TASTING NOTES:
“On the nose, fruit forward peach and pineapple notes mingle with citrus components of lime zest and orange peel, complemented by underlying clove and rose petal elements. Rich flavors of pineapple, apricot and pear spread over the palate, followed by a balanced acidity highlighted with a nuanced grapefruit and lemon finish.”

Did you know Riesling was originally spelled Rießling? First documentation of the non-esszet spelling was in Hieronymous Bock’s 1552 herbal. Not exactly an astounding revelation, but now you’re aware of good old Hieronymous Bock, and that’s worth it in and of itself.
