TANGENTIALLY RELATED FACT to help you make conversation over this wine:
Speaking of Blancs, Disney released a film in 1994 called “Blank Check” about a kid who got a blank check to replace his bike from a bank robber. It did not perform well. Best thing about it might be that Tone Lōc played a character simply known as “Juice.” And that the kid named his alias “Macintosh” after his Macintosh computer.

DRINK IT FROM/WITH (conventional option):
Standard white wine glass, and the winery recommends pairing with oysters or ceviche, arugula & peach salad, scallops or poached fish with Beurre Blanc sauce.
