@dave: Hmm, checking the tasting notes. Says, "Cinsault tends to be low in tannin, and is often added to blends to add a spicy component,” which seems interesting.

@sam: SPICY WINE??

@dave: Well, I’m not sure about that …

@dave: I don’t think it’s actually spicy. I think that’s just a way of describing a certain flavor in the wine that is reminiscent of chilis
