Why Can’t We Be Friends

TASTING NOTES: “Very fragrant! Passion fruit with floral notes of roses and honey spice. Flavors of tropical fruit, rich honey and a hint of grassiness follows. The refreshing finish is framed by mild acidity. The wine is light and crisp. This is a white wine to enjoy on its own or with dishes that have some spicy heat like curried chicken or Thai shrimp salad. Pairs even better with your glass.” (AbV 13.9%, pH 3.67, TA 0.70 g/100mL)

Maybe I was just out of touch, but did you know it was by War? The band War. You know, the “Low Rider” guys? And “Low Rider” was even on the same album! For some reason I thought “Low Rider” was a more recent song than 1975.

Wait, you know what, I was mixing it up with “Weapon of Choice” by Fatboy Slim. The one with the video where Christopher Walken dances in an empty hotel. Or maybe it was because it was the theme of The George Lopez Show.
