“Bright gold, with open scents of yellow stone fruit, red apple, melon and hints of toasty French oak, this Chardonnay displays the classic balance and bright acidity of cool climate, barrel fermented Chardonnay. Unlike warmer climate Chardonnays, there is a richness and sense of vibrancy that allows for current enjoyment but will also add complexity and depth with a years’ bottle age.” (AbV 14.9%, pH 3.36, TA 6.0 g/L, RS 2.7 g/L)

Replicants weren’t called replicants in Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep, which as I’m writing this I’m thinking, duh, of course they weren’t. It’s Androids Dream, not Replicants Dream. ANYWAY. If you are unaware, a replicant is essentially an android, physically indistinguishable from a person, except they often have superhuman qualities they tend to mask. Replicants that go rogue are “retired” by bounty hunters and later police units both called Blade Runners. To determine if someone is a replicant, they are subjected to the fictional Voight-Kampff test. Depending on the answers received, most replicants can be identified within 20-30 questions. In the original Blade Runner, you encounter two models: Nexus-6 and Nexus-7. In Blade Runner 2049, Nexus-8 and Nexus-9 have been developed.
