About Shannon Ridge Winery
Shannon Ridge Winery was founded in 1995 and takes immense pride in their sustainability and preservation of the natural landscape. Located in Lake County, California, known for its clean air, it sits amidst the Anderson Marsh State Historic Park. Owner Clay Shannon made it a mission to farm sustainably and coexist with the winery’s natural surroundings. They even have an assortment of creatures to assist around the vineyard, notably a flock of sheep that reduce canopy, clean the vineyards, and of course do their “business” for fertilizer.
