About Vintone Wines
Headed by winemaker Sean Foster, Vintone Wines melds his passion for the expressivity of analog music and wine. Fond of the individuality expressed by a vineyard through its fruit, Foster crafts his wines with the intent of fully bringing to bear what is already there: the individuality of each vineyard. “Aromas of honeycomb, golden delicious apple, lively notes of lemon and quince, a hint of orange blossom and wet stone. On palate, clean and vibrant with a soft impression, notes of beeswax, melon rind, and linen and exhibiting a long mineral finish.” (AbV 12.9%)

BARRELS:
Neutral puncheons for 11 months with lees stirring to develop mid palate texture.

The phonograph, or gramophone, was one of the first devices ever created for recording and reproducing sound. While they eventually turned into the record players we know (well, most of us know) with the vinyl, the earliest models used wax cylinders instead. Can definitely see some cons to the latter.
