Adjusting wine acidity after bottling

Been wondering for some time now if I can purchase tartaric acid on Amazon to add to flabby wine. For example, I purchased a case of the Gard single vineyard syrahs recently and found the first bottle I opened undrinkable due to its lack of acidity.
Hope to get both professional and home winemakers on here! I’d hate to see such great wine go to waste
