Anybody have any tips or tricks for visiting wineries in Alsace? We’ll be in Strasbourg and my Riesling-fiend wife thinks we should taste there instead of the environs of Reims.
I have not but if you’re there you must stop at Trimbach and try some Close St Hune or your trip will be a waste! But whether you go or not at least bring me back two bottles at any cost!
