Heck yea. Just like I am a fan of pretty much any pizza. Would it be my first choice? Probably not. It relies too much on the pig, animal husbandry, shipping, etc. I would spend that money on jamon serrano. (I understand black-foot acorn-eating fattys are not in the same class as serrano.)
Not a bog fan, too salty for me, but my husband lives for it. He’ll have the whole package on a baguette or hoagie roll with provolone cheese and nothing else, not even mayo. Then he’s a happy man.

I like the salamis, and coppa.
