Chicago Casemates
10Seems like in preparation of the offers to follow on this website, we should have our own blog, so we can post if anyone is looking to split a case (or two). So, I am in the Chicago burbs, but travel all over the city and would consider case splits. Post here if you want to go on record as being in the area. Or post later and see if there are any takers on a split. Those in Gary, Hammond, etc. might ride along on this too.

I might be interested in sharing in the Wheeling/ Northbrook/ Deerfield/ Glenview area. It will be interesting to see how Casemates does the split order stuff.
@DickL Count me in… We are on the same area.
I’m in the western 'burbs (had contact with jmdavidson via pm in wine.woot): Elmhurst/Villa Park/Lombard/Glen Ellyn/Wheaton/etc.
@Mark_L Elmhurst checking in. Sign me up.
I’m in Hyde Park and would be very interested in splitting cases! Thanks for starting this thread!
I live downstate in CU. I would love to find folk nearby, but am willing to travel for the right wine.
@tauwillow Do get up to the Chi area much? If you do a split, most people probably would not mind holding the wine for a while.
@jmdavidson1 We have a daughter attending SAIC, so we come up with some regularity. It would be great to find someone willing to work with us.
@tauwillow Hi Tau- I’ve posted to see who all else we’ve got in the middle of the state-- I think there are several.
I get around by CTA, so could be challenging to transport wine.
@jmruru Depends on how much of a case you are in for, as well as with whom you are splitting. Always logistics, but anything is possible. I, for example, get to the UC quite frequently, so it would not be an issue. Other, maybe more so of an issue.
@jmdavidson1 nice! I think this might be doable
Northern suburbs here! Not a big wine drinker, but who knows what the future holds?
Batavia
@takedownchris I work in Aurora (for the time being – I’ll probably give my retirement notice in a couple of months).
@Mark_L Congrat’s. More time to shop and buy wine (and maybe get out of the Chicago winters).
@jmdavidson1 I definitely plan to move out of ILLinois.
@takedownchris Same here. West of river, east of Randall. Always willing to entertain a share.
@LanoraMueller cool I am prob in same subdivision I live by engstrom let me know what you want to get and we can split
@takedownchris Yep. Down by Mooseheart behind the Moose Lodge.
@jmdavidson1 You know how to find me!
@karenhynes At an Italian restaurant in the city drinking wine?
@jmdavidson1 That was last night. Perhaps tonight, too.
My furnace decided to break, so I was in the city last night and will be through the weekend. Replacement is being installed on Monday.
I ordered the remote launch party. Are any of you interested in going in on this? Splitting guests, the three tshirts etc?
@jmruru I thought only 1 person in an area needed to get it and 10 could attend. Not sure how it all works. Attendance, of course, dictated by date and location, which will be up to you (no?).
@jmdavidson1 how do the other 9 get picked?
@jmruru It says appetizers and beverages serving 10 people, 3 shirts etc. You pick the ten, no?
@jmruru Do we just pick a date and place and take the first 9 people who say they want to attend?
@jmruru first two get shirts? Sizes will be difficult to determine
Or, maybe, if two people ordered a remote launch party we could combine? I feel this would be a good way to get to know one another.
Thoughts please
We’re out in Rockford. There’s at least a couple of us out this way I think.
NW Suburbs here - Bartlett / Streamwood / Schaumburg and work in Carol Stream, so plenty of jumping around the burbs here, and get to the NW side of the city frequently as well.
I’m in the city, but travel around region for my job. Interested in splitting options
I live far west and work at a craft beer bar in Villa park so if anybody needs a place to meet up or delivery between Rockford and the burbs or vice versa holler.
Far north suburbs.
Who am I kidding, we might as well be in Wisconsin…
That is the way Hyde Park feels to me…kind of an isolated island down there
Work in loop (shipping), live on the North Side.
@PetiteSirah ditto. I live in Ravenswood.
Elk Grove village/Schaumburg/niles/park ridge area here.
Thanks for starting the thread. I’m in Palatine, Arlington Heights, Mount Prospect area. Definitely interested in case sharing.
I’m in the NW Burbs and generally in the Deefield/Northbrook/Lincolnshire area most days. Interested in some case splits.
@illini_john Same area here…
I’m in Chicago as well. SouthSide
So… who’s up for the 1st share?
@Hiperix I’d go for 3 or 4 or even 6 of the Little offering. I’ve never had any of Little’s wine, but the descriptions of it sound pretty good. I’m currently on a snow-bird break from the Chicago area snow and temps, so don’t want to play FedEx roulette with an order that I might not be here to receive. But if you or someone else is in for a case, I’d take some of it. (3, 4, or 6, as I said above). And it would be good to meet another casemate.
I’m in southwest burbs
Lake County, just west of the Lake Forest oasis.
I work in the Loop. I can’t take deliveries at home, as usually there isn’t anyone there to sign for them.
However, I’d like to buy a bottle or two from time to time from anyone who comes to the Loop. (This seems like a ridiculous thing to say, but I think it fits in the theme of this site).
@fibrs86 – works for me. We can probably do that as I work in the loop as well.
I also work in the Loop.
@jessecuster – cool, I’m close by in Andersonville.
Whenever possible we should let the VMP’s order the wine since they get free shipping.
@jmruru Dont all the kickstarters have free shipping for a year? or did i get that wrong. also in chicago
@spiciernoodles Only the people who paid the $60.00 for it.
Evanston here. Work in the loop though so that is also a possibility.
West Loop / Loop here, can take deliveries at either place.
@kurt west loop as well. lmk if there is anything you want to split
In the NW burbs as well!
Homer Glen checking in! Most of the last month and a half at wine.woot were nostalgia purchases as I drink very rarely these days, but will likely stick around here for a while and pick up stuff that looks interesting. Always need good wine to share with friends!
Greetings- I work in the far East side of the Loop, can take deliveries at work, and live in Bronzeville
I’m in the loop and would enjoy splitting cases!
I live in Avondale and can accept deliveries. Is anyone interested in splitting a case of the King’s Estate N by NW deal with me?
I’ve ordered a case of Apriori Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir. I’m splitting with a coworker, but we’ll have ~4 bottles available for someone who can pick them up in the loop.
I’d be interested in 3 or 4 bottles of today’s Stewart Cellars Cabernet if anyone is looking to split a case.
@Mark_L I could do two or three
@Mark_L I could do 2 or 3 bottles.
@Mark_L I’d do .5 case
@Mark_L I’d take three to six, far west burbs, flexible in time and travel. Looks like maybe enough interest for a second case
Mark, are you going to order?
@jmruru I’ll order one case. I’d be fine with 2 or 3 bottles if that will help satisfy others needs (might be a bit short for six for @kaolis). (But if someone else orders I’ll keep up to 4.) I’ll make others available for cost (the case with free shipping plus tax comes to $247.67).
@Mark_L I ended up ordering a case. Up to 6 up for grabs. (edit) apparently there are two en route.
@Mark_L I would like two. I would order but I have no car. Are you far from Hyde Park?
@jmruru I could bus there?
@kurt I will take 3 of that second case if available
@illini_john filled for 3 if you’re able to pick up from Loop/West Loop.
@kurt that is difficult for me. If u ordered and need to fill out the case I will still take them. But it may he a bit until I get there.
@jmruru I’m out in the western 'burbs (Lombard) and work in Aurora (near I-88 & Farnsworth Ave). I have daughters who live in West Town (near Damen & Augusta) where I might be able to arrange to pass along some bottles.
@kurt Where are you located?
@jmruru Loop/West Loop
I’m trying to start a “distribution” list for the Stewart Cellars Cabernet. This is what I have so far. Please feel free to supply corrections/details (and pardon my crude formatting). If home and work locations are available I’ll specify both.
Casemate Live/Work # interest
@Mark_L Lombard/Aurora 2-4 (ordered 12)
@jmruru Hyde Park 2-3
@karenhynes ?? 2-3
@kurt Loop,W Loop 6 (ordered 12)
@kolis Far W burbs 3-6
@illini_john NW burbs 3-4
@drcanak NW burbs split
@Mark_L That is a great idea. Is there anything in the ordering process that helps us do this?
@jmruru Didn’t someone say they ordered two cases?
@Mark_L Great job and thanks for keeping track. As far as location, I’m a bit all over the place. I live in the SW burbs, work in Skokie, and spend most of my weekends in the city (River North area). I’m up for 2-3 bottles/whatever’s available after everyone claims their desired bottles. I’m pretty flexible.
@jmruru I think you’re thinking of what @kurt said “I ended up ordering a case. Up to 6 up for grabs. (edit) apparently there are two en route.” So it looks like @kurt and I are the two that have cases on the way. I thought that Casemates was supposed to help facilitate in the splitting process, but it seems like it is still in the works (along with the ability to private message other users, which would be a big help).
@Mark_L count me in for the 3-4. Doesn’t seem I’m around anyone in palatine/ lake zurich area, but work on Deerfield and can get to the loop on business when needed. Thanks for organizing.
In the NW burbs and would be interested in splitting.
@drcanak nw suburbs as well and interested in a split. I’d prefer 3-4 but would take 6 if we can’t get a 3rd/4th
Another Chicagoan - Live in Old Irving, work near Wrigley Building. I’d love to split this case of Zin.
Well the remote launch party pack will be showing up before Mar 3rd. I plan on setting the party up in the lobby of my apartment which is in Hyde Park. I was thinking March 4th would be a good day. The actual launch party is March 3. Another option is to have it on Mar 3 and live stream the launch party at the same time. Let me know if you are interested. First come first serve…I believe the launch party serves 10 people.
Maybe Wed, Mar 7th would be a better day. So here are the options. Mar 3, 4, or 7th. Please let me know your interest and preferred date
@jmruru Did you decide on a date/place? Has anyone at Casemates given you any idea of what they are sending? Do we need to bring wine/food? Do you have 10 attendee commitments yet?
@jmdavidson1 Not a single person replied. I was thinking about other options. For instance a friend of mine is doing great things in the Bronzeville neighborhood. Among other things he has an outlet for people to sell their goods, sets up regular paint and language classes for kids, holds regular and private paint and sips, and holds a game night on Wednesdays for adults. I was thinking about just hosting it there. There would be more than 10 people in attendance, so not sure how that would work. I was just waiting to see what actually comes in. https://www.funatflp.com/. I am still open to suggestions.
@jmruru I know from experience that it is difficult to get people to commit. Perhaps you could start a new thread “Chicago Launch Party,” listing a proposed date/time/place and see who could make it. Good luck.
Any one in Chicago considering the J Dusi Pinot Grigio? I’ll probably order 4 if no one is putting together a case.
Hey I’m in Humboldt Park; down to start splitting cases.
I’m in Elk Grove Village and work in the Loop; interested in splitting cases.
I got an email today from WineSmith about the 2014 Grenache for $199.99/case coming up on Sunday night. I thought I’d be a bit proactive and see if there is interest in a 3 or 4 way split on a case among the Chicago Casemates. What say ye?
@Mark_L I could be talked into 3 or 4.
I might even open the one I have at home tomorrow to give it a try, depending on how my day goes.
@karenhynes @Mark_L Did you open one or not?
@jmdavidson1 @karenhynes I’m pretty sure I have at least one in the cellar, but I didn’t open it tonight. I’m hoping that Karen does.
@jmdavidson1 @Mark_L
I did…trying to figure out how I feel about it. Sounds like it’s not tonight’s offer after all??
@jmdavidson1 @karenhynes Maybe Clark got his date wrong. I’d still be interested in your thoughts about it (because it will probably be coming up soon).
@jmdavidson1 @Mark_L
Will post my thoughts tonight when I get home.
Well, Clark has promised that the Grenache will appear on Sunday night.
@Mark_L I’m in to grab a few bottles if you end up with a case
@pyroguy7 So far there hasn’t been much interest, so I probably won’t order. But I’m thinking of pulling out the bottle of this that I have to try, so that might change.
Any chi folks looking to split a case? I’d gladly do 6 bottles (3 of each).
@jmdavidson1 I’d be happy to split with you if you haven’t found a taker.
@tommythecat Sorry, but I already bought a 4 pack. Maybe next time. Thanks for asking though.
@jmdavidson1 and @karenhynes
I finally signed up
@funbunny Nice to see that you are still in (wine) circulation.
Anyone wanting to go in on a case of this current offer (Charles Smith viognier)? I’d take 3, if so.
@jmdavidson1 I’d be in for one. More if I like it. I don’t drink whites as much but always open to being surprised into liking one.
I got a notice today from LastBottleWines indicating that they can ship again to certain zip codes in IL. They join a few others, like WTSO, Garagiste, etc., that have figured out a way around the legislation that prohibits out-of-state retailers from shipping INTO IL.
@jmdavidson1 I recently ordered something from WTSO. I had stopped looking at many of the other retailers over the past year or so. I was surprised (and pleased) that my order went through. Not sure my wallet will be pleased in the long run…
@karenhynes They actually have a warehouse in Carol Stream, so you get next day delivery.
Current offer of Laurel Glen. Huge price difference between 3 bottles ($57 each) vs. 12 bottles ($37 each). So, any takers in the Chicago area? I’d go 3.
@jmdavidson1 I’d go three.
@jmdavidson1 I’d be interested in up to 3.
@karenhynes My daughter is waiting to hear from you to pick up the Stewart Cellars (she’ll be leaving town for 2 weeks later this week).
@jmdavidson1 So, it looks like we have a case commitment, i.e. me, Karen, Mark L and Illini John. I will place the order. If you will, please send me your email via whisper and I will respond in like. Karen, I already have yours. I will collect when I deliver. Fair enough?
@jmdavidson1 $467.71 or $116.92 each. I used one of my $10 coupons, I had free shipping and they collected taxes.
@jmdavidson1 If anyone would be willing to sell me a single bottle of this or let me in on their lot of 3, please let me know. I’ve only just begun to peruse these casemates deals, and I’m also VMP, located in Lombard. ¡Gracias!
@jmdavidson1 @theredia I’d be glad to let you have one of my bottles. Since I’m in Lombard, that will work great. You can call/text me at 630-661-2380 or email mlovik@gmail.com.
@jmdavidson1 The wine has been shipped and is scheduled for delivery next Wednesday. Will contact all later in the week.
Anyone willing to go in on a case of this Madrone Estate Sangiovese? I’m VMP and located in Lombard, work in Warrenville.
@theredia I’m interested for sure. In Schaumburg area and work in Vernon Hills
@pyroguy7 Sounds like you and @gman1341 are the only ones who are interested. Shall we just do a three-bottle purchase? Or do either of you want more?
@gman1341 @theredia Sounds good to me!
@pyroguy7 @theredia I’m in if not too late.
@gman1341 @pyroguy7 Guys, I’m so sory, I failed us. I missed the cutoff last night.
If we can collaborate on a split in the future, shipping and tax are on me.
/giphy total failure
As much as I’m tempted to order a case of the Winesmith Cabernet Franc, I need to resist (boxes are starting to stack up too high in the basement). But if anybody wants to share 3 or 4 bottles, I would be very interested (or if there is enough interest I would be happy to order a case for splitting).
@Mark_L I’d be in for a share(3,4,or a split)
I’m in the City on the Northside.
@Mark_L I’d be in for 3 or 4, your call.
I’ve ordered a case.
@jshaver I’m out in Lombard so I’m not sure how easy it would be exchanging on the Northside. Let me know.
@Mark_L the in laws live in Aurora/Sugar Grove so I am out there a decent amount. Could easily swing by and grab where ever it is convenient.
I’m in Crystal Lake and would be interested in splitting cases of the lower priced offerings as they come up.
As mentioned above, I have a case of the Winesmith Cabernet Franc on order coming to the western suburbs (I live in Lombard, work in Aurora). So far two others in my “exchange zone” have confirmed interest, but if there is someone else in the area that wants to be involved we would be fine with a 4-way split (3 bottles each). Please let me know (no huge rush as expected delivery is 10-13 days out). FYI, a 4-way split comes out to $53/person after tax (and free shipping).
@Mark_L Hi Mark! I could be your 4th unless you’ve found someone already.
@theredia Sorry (I had composed a reply last night but somehow it never got posted). It looks like I’m already splitting with @jmdavidson1, @karenhynes, and @jshaver. But you might see if there is enough interest for a second case.
I have a case of Winesmith Cabernet Franc coming to Evanston. I’d be willing to part with up to 8 bottles with pick up in Evanston or the loop.
@fibrs86 Just a thought (since there has been more interest): if meeting up with @fibrs86 will work for @jshaver (instead of meeting up with me in Lombard/Aurora), I could share 3 of my shipment with @theredia (who lives in Lombard). Does this sound like a possible plan, @jshaver (and @theredia)?
@jshaver @Mark_L @theredia If jshaver is game, then that is ok with me. I think @Kildahl might claim the other 4 in my case.
@fibrs86 @Kildahl @Mark_L @theredia
Works for me!
@fibrs86 @jshaver @Kildahl @theredia Great! Sounds like a plan (as long as @theredia is still looking to split).
@fibrs86 So are all the bottles taken?
(Miss Late To The Party here)
@jmruru Sorry. All of my case is accounted for.
@fibrs86 @jshaver @Kildahl @Mark_L I’m still interested! @jmruru You can have one of my bottles, if you like.
@fibrs86 @jmruru @jshaver @Kildahl @theredia Looks like things have settled out to where I am sharing my case with @jmdavidson1, @karenhynes, and @theredia. Will be in touch when the delivery gets near.
@fibrs86 @jmdavidson1 @jshaver @karenhynes @Kildahl @Mark_L @theredia Thanks! Loop is good for me, Monday’s especially
I will be in the millennium Park area of Chicago on June 20 through the 24th for a meeting. I would be interested in 4 Or if convenient for my casemate, five.
@Kildahl Millennium Park is about a 1 mile walk from my work. I could meet you halfway with 4 bottles midday. Use the Whisper feature if you want to send me your contact info.
@fibrs86 Thanks my friend! If you are ever out this way, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Wonderful! Use kildahl68atyahoodotcom
After you received the invoice for your order, let me know my share of the costs.
Auditions for our community wine club blind CF tasting will be in the last week of September so this works out nicely! Thanks!
@Kildahl auditions? Community wine club? You’re making me feel like a wine shut in.
It’s easier to organize and handle in a community of 120,000 compared to the Chicago metroplex! Eight or nine months of each year, we feature a wine or region Selected by the club’s executive board. Members pay no dues and can decide ahead of time as to which of the monthly events they wish to participate. The charge varies depending on the wines (as you might guess) but usually runs between 15 and $25. Those participating are expected to bring an entrée, Appetizer or dessert which would be a reasonable match for the wine. We meet on Sunday nights most months which tends to keep things under control. Some producers actually get on Skype with us for introductory comments
For each blind tasting, there are three club members Assigned for the wine selection. We use six bottles for the blind tasting. This usually takes place in the home of one of the members and we are careful to make sure that were tasting and not drinking, considering the number of bottles we try.
We have a pre-taste At the event of 8 to 10 bottles of “relevant“ wines such as blends, etc.
The two events which garner the highest participation are the summer picnic and Thanksgiving. At the picnic event, everyone who signs up brings two wines to share. Folks are usually pretty good about bringing high-quality bottles and simply not seller protectors.
The Thanksgiving event is a lot of fun and actually the wines take a backseat to the food . It’s held the Sunday before Thanksgiving and allows club members to bring along the side or desert that they’re working on for Thanksgiving.Club members become their review panel. Similarly, the wines are brought by the members, trying out some different pairings.The club provides the entrées, usually involving two or more fowls or a vegan entrée . We see some folks to her three times a year while a number try not to miss any of the Tastes.
It’s a lot of fun – everyone leaves or egos at the door! If you’re ever in Northeast Iowa The third Sunday of the month, please let me know!
Wow, that sounds like so much fun and I am so jealous
Anyone getting today’s offer willing to share?
I’m in Wicker Park anyone want to split a case of the Syrah?
Anyone interested in the current twisted oak? I am in NW suburbs and work in Deerfield area c
For exchanges. Would take 3 or 4.
@illini_john I would do 3 or 4. Anyone else in Chicago interested in splitting a case? $18/bottle seems really cheap.
I ordered a case of KUNDE SONOMA VALLEY CHARDONNAY and would be willing to share up to 6 bottles if anyone is interested. I live in Crystal Lake.
My thanks to fibrs86. We made the Cab Franc Connection beneath the streets of downtown Chicago. Thanks for coming more that half way on a rainy day.
West Burbs here.
Anyone interested in splitting up some of the current Winter’s Hill Oregon Pinot Gris?? Feel like I have to get some @ $7-ish/btl
Our annual Wine & Appetizer party will be Friday, September 7th, starting at 7pm. In order to get an e-vite, please whisper me your email. We are in the far sw suburbs and I invite all wine.wooters/casematers to come.
@jmdavidson1 E-vites have been sent. Anyone else in Chicago area looking to attend should send me a whisper.
@jmdavidson1 Only 5 days to go until the annual wine/appetizer event. Hoping some local wine woot/case mates folks can make it.
@jmdavidson1 I had a really fun time! Thanks for putting up with me
@jmruru It was really nice meeting you. Glad you came and had a good time. Kind of a chaotic party, I must say.
@jmdavidson1 Wine drinkers are the best people, huh?
@jmruru Totally agree.
@jmdavidson1 Wish I could have been there, but I’m trying to get back on schedule after two (planned, same-day) surgeries (Aug 17 and 31) and I just felt like I was not up to it. “Maybe next year” (hey, I’m a Cubs fan so I’m used to saying that!), but I’m hoping to be relocated by then.
@jmdavidson1
We had a blast! It was great seeing you and your LW again and meeting friends and family. Bonus to get to meet Wooters/Casematers karenhynes and jmruru! Good times…
Anyone from Chgo (or burbs) want to split the ACV offer?
@jmdavidson1
I’d go in for up to 4.
@karenhynes I would do 6, so anyone for 2 - 4?
@karenhynes Tommythecat says he’ll do 2.
Missed the case splitting for the ACV offer, but very interested in splitting a case of the LM Zin. Will take 6. A second? I am in northwest burbs, and daily in Deerfield area.
@illini_john Wish I saw your post yesterday; I left my comments on the LM Zin thread. I’m also in NW Burbs. I ended up buying 6; back on WW, that wine was never available for IL.
I would take 3-4 of the current pinot offer, and would manage ordering if we can get another 8-9 bottles committed. NW Suburbs and often in Deerfield/ Lincolnshire.
@illini_john I’d take 3-4 as well of the Furthermore Pinot. Also in NW suburbs and work in the loop.
That’s cool, thanks. I may try to swing by their tasting room/bocce court when I’m in Sonoma in November.
I’m in the Loop, and am always looking for people who want to split cases!
@W74 i’m in the west loop. lmk if you ever have something specific you are looking to split.
Anyone interested in split of the Scott Harvey case? I’d like to keep six… in Lakeview.
@jshaver Yes, I would take the other six. I work in the loop; live in NW suburbs.
Sounds good.
Anyone up for a split of the Hawley Zin?
Anybody around for a potential dinner meet up Monday or Tuesday next week (18 or 19)? Downtown/Loop/River North is where I’ll be.
@klezman Unfortunately, I’m out in the western suburbs and getting downtown in the evening is not very pleasant. If you ever find yourself out west (Oak Brook, etc.) be sure to give a shout.
Oh, man plan the next near the early part of the month and I might be able to swing it
@jmdavidson1, @karenhynes, @theredia, and any others, especially in the western suburbs. I’m trying to see if there is interest in a split of the current WineSmith Cabernet Sauvignon. I’d be in for 3-4 bottles.
@Mark_L
I’d be interested in 4-6.
@Mark_L I’d be in for up to 2!
@Mark_L @karenhynes @theredia I’d take 2 but no biggie if it’s easier for you three to just split it up. I’m probably the only person out here who’s never had a WineSmith wine. I’m also not buying wine…yeah right!
@kaolis @karenhynes @theredia I didn’t include @kaolis in my original list because I thought you had moved out of the area – sounds like a couple of bottles should be available. Definitely seems like a case can be “consumed”. I’ll go ahead and order.
@karenhynes @Mark_L @theredia Cool, just let me know. Move is early in the process. Getting rid of “stuff” now. Plan is to have a For Sale sign up late April/early May. Then fingers crossed.
@kaolis I’m kind of in the same boat – anxious to get the house ready to get on the market (I wish it was ready today!).
@Mark_L SWMBO is keeping my feet to the fire on a SIWBM (Spouse Imposed…). Sorry, I’m out until further notice.
@jmdavidson1
Boo! I’m guessing you’re not heading to the Mainstreet Spring tasing?
I’m shooting first and asking questions later here, but I just bought the current NxNW Columbia Valley Chard deal. I’ll have up to four bottles available if anyone’s interested.
@theredia Thanks for the offer, but I’m not a big Chard fan, so I think I’ll pass. Still have your WineSmith Cab waiting for you.
Any Chicago interest for the current Hall offer? At $29/bottle, I’d be interested in some kind of a split.
@jmdavidson1
I’m sure you could twist my arm to take 2-3, if there’s enough other interest.
@jmdavidson1 Where are you guys located in chicago?
@NickSMU17 South and west burbs.
@jmdavidson1 @NickSMU17
I also spend significant time in the River North area…and work in Skokie. I’m everywhere!
Anyone interested in the Terroir cab blend?
I’m still on the fence here. I’m compelled at the case price, but definitely don’t want/need a case. If anyone in Chicago is listening…I’m up for a split!
Anyone, besides Karen and I, interested in the Martin Ray offer?
Next time maybe, Cab gives me serious heartburn
@jmruru Good Cab gives me serious wallet burn.
@rjquillin Yeah! The good news is that I am moving From Hyde Park to Edgewater Beach next month. I am hoping more folks will be up that way that like to split purchases
@jmruru @rjquillin
I’m mostly in River North.
Hey Chicago Mateys!
Anyone interested in the Hook and Ladder Pinot?
Been quite here… anyone interested in the Rousseau?
…and I realized no IL shipping. Whoops.
Missed this Thread! I’m in Chicago suburbs but regularly travel from Dekalb to Chicago lakefront E/W and Indiana border to Milwaukee (even up to Cedarburg area) N/S so a round trip road trip is always an option when good wine is involved.
@funbunny Missed your participation. Hope you are well.
I picked up a case of the Laura Michael cabernet sauvignon last Friday. If anyone wants any, let me know.
Re: the Tytanium. Be patient. There is no hurry for distribution, unless you want it sooner than later.
