I put honey in my coffee. Had the most delicious burnt honey iced latte a few weeks ago, so I made burnt honey syrup at home. My husband loves it in his old fashioneds.
I answered rarely, since I pretty much add it only to tea which I rarely sweeten and I think once to a flavored homemade lemonade. Though maybe that isn’t accurate since I make Mead and have used up to 15#s at a time for a batch.
