I guess serving it at the White House is a kind of endorsement, but when I read “endorsement,” I think more of Bob Dole doing advertisements than just the White House stocking this amongst many other wines. Of course Dole was just a contender, never President of the USA. But still. I’d doubt Reagan personally selected Iron Horse.

I’ve noticed that since relations with Russia have become frosty again, the IH Russian Cuvee is now the Russian River Cuvee.
