Without wheat flour for sure. I’ve had Nothing-Bundt-Cake’s gluten-free chocolate chip bundt cake a couple of times. It’s fine. The ones with wheat flour are better.
And it was horrible.

The one that I referenced was from a restaurant so I don’t know the recipe, but keep in mind not all recipes are created equal…

One might think the lack of flour would be a disadvantage, but I’ve had a flourless chocolate torte that was better than many traditional cakes.
@kawichris650 Agreed - I’ve made several, never been disappointed and it has always been a crowd pleaser.
