Blanc de Noirs NV:
90 Points & Top 100 - Wine Spectator
French for “white of black”, Blanc de Noirs describes a sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir grapes, by pressing them gently and running the pale juice over the skins.
Pale Salmon in color, the Blanc de Noirs has aromas of berry and pear, complimented by a rich, round mouth feel on the palate. It finishes with a layer of cream and pleasant, warm toastiness. Incredibly versatile with all styles of food!
Gruet Sauvage NV:
Gruet Sauvage NV is a bone-dry sparkler, pale straw in color with a delicate but persistent mousse. The aromas of bright mineral and citrus notes tickle the nose followed by touches of green apple, lemon and grapefruit. The finish is structured, flavorful and long. The bright acidity makes this wine a perfect pairing for oysters, sushi and cream sauces.
Gruet Brut NV:
90 Points & Top 100 - Wine Spectator
Brut NV was our first wine released in 1989. As the predominant grape used in Champagne, “We wanted our first sparkling wine to express the finesse of Chardonnay”- Laurent Gruet. More than twenty years later, our Brut NV remains our flagship sparkling wine for both quality and price.
Wonderful aromas of green apple and citrus with mineral notes make for a delightful start to this traditional sparkler. Our Brut NV offers bright, crisp acidity complimented by a touch of yeast on the delightfully long finish. A classic house style!

I was going to say something really snappy, like ‘I can’t count the number of bottles of Gruet I’ve purchased’ and I can’t, but CT thinks it’s north of four cases.
This is not only a great qpr offer, it’s also a pretty darn good bottle of bubbly.
The Sauvage is aptly named.
@chipgreen@losthighwayz 1/3rd of a case. Is math this challenging? I bought the NV stuff for work stash, but have vintage Limited Release Gruet for home.
Been wanting to try some stuff from New Mexico, in for a case.
Not to change the subject, but a question for customer service. I had the privilege of being a lab rat a while back but never received an email in advance. I also do not receive confirmation emails any more when I place an order. I reported to customer service about this but never got a response back. What’s up? @arianawcc
I’m probably sounding like a broken record here, but I’ve never passed on a Gruet offer (and therefore have a couple of cases stacked in the guest/wine room by now). Guess it’s time to drink more sparkling wine! Isn’t it always?
I knew this would happen… Won’t be home for next 3 weeks is there any way to delay shipping? (My previous orders all shipped within a week, do that won’t work…)
My last Gruet order was delivered a week after i ordered. FedEx only holds for 5 days, so I probably have to wait and hope there will be another round of Gruet later in the year…
I can’t resist an offer of Gruet, even though my rack reserved for sparklers is FULL. With the holidays coming, I’ll have more excuses. . .uh, reasons to drink sparkling wine and this one never fails to satisfy!
Coincidentally, I just announced to my friends I’m hosting New Years Eve at my house this year. Perfect timing (even though I still have a few bottles left from last offer).

Hi @yorkrk -
I see that we did reply to your support message. With that and you not receiving order confirmations, the issue is one of 2 things:

Usually an autobuy, but we have no room!
This stuff is awesome. Way overbought for my wedding this year and I am not upset about the leftovers.
PANS! GLANDS! CRAYONS! AWESOME!
So true @mediocrebot !
I need more wine like a lokh in kop, but my wine-buying says “Gruet? Do it!” So I’ll do it.
@InFrom That should be the topic of a new poll – do you say it “Gru-et” or “Gru-ay”? However you spell it,

@InFrom I am Gruet!
@InFrom That’s what my wife says when i ask her what she wants to drink tonight.
From the Dept. of Vicarious Pleasures: Still no OH shipping but perfect timing to ship to the kids in MD for their 10th wedding anniversary.

@MonkeySpoilers You could ship to a FedEx drop off location (like a FedEx store.)
@KitMarlot @MonkeySpoilers I always ship to a FedEx office now. Prevents the shipment from spending a day rolling around in an unairconditioned truck.
