Latest bad news example: decided to come back to the site to order a case of today’s offer, and… Sold Out.
But, seriously, it was odd co-incidence (or is there such a thing) that a few minutes ago on a daytime TV show, there was some discussion of mental health and attitude, and the concept of: mindful acceptance.
Where that basically means (my interpretation) as accepting something that has happened that you may not like (and may or may not have had some control over). But without being judgmental towards yourself (or others) and doing the harmful habits: the negative behaviors of “beating yourself up” or dwelling on blame and anger to others.

Also, “denial” should have been a choice.
