Obviously this limits the options to those people where voice recordings exist, or the people we have heard in living memory.

Does this AI also do translation from the speaker’s language to my native language?

Remove both of those limitations, and that opens up possibilities like Leonardo da Vinci, Homer, Jesus of Nazareth, Confucius, George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Frederick Douglass, and more.
