I love when things I’ve bought and enjoyed come back up. I wish they’d automatically prompt people to rate if they liked a wine after they’ve bought it, and then reminded them “You rated this a X out of Y last time you bought it”. Because I’m more of a casual drinker of wine, cellartracker always seems like overkill to me, but it’d be nice to know “Oh hey, this was one you really liked last time!” if it pops up again.
I would like the repeats to come in the form of meh-offs with multiple ones in a day. If not feasible, maybe advanced notice and a repeat-a-day week?
Otherwise, I would rather casemates not tie up 2 (or 3) days of a potentially new deal with something that has been offered before. The site hasn’t been around that long. Surely there are more deals to be had!
Hi all - Kent here. I know that this is a repeat, but it is a VERY GOOD repeat!..both are lovely wines that you would have to try very very hard not to like. Take advantage as we are almost out on both and there will be no “3rd go”. Esoterica wines are made in very small quantities - more as a hobby for me (to keep my winemaking life interesting) than as anything commercial. David badgered me into offering them again, saying that “oh…they like your wines “so much”…if you still have some you HAVE to let me offer them”…honestly…he is a good salesman!
Anyhow…these are a rare find and I hope that you order them up.
I will keep an eye on this blog over the weekend. If any of you have questions or comments that you would like to address to me, I will do my best to answer them.
All the best, Kent
If you’re taking requests . . . I would jump on a repeat of the Red Car Sonoma Syrah. Only got a two pack last time. Would definitely go in for a case. Also, I have really enjoyed the Laurel Glen Cabernet Sauvignon!
