Our quest to create the perfect pre-made Mimosa started in 2014. Everyone we talked to said it could not be done; that Mimosas are complex and too difficult to premake for the public. But we did not believe them. We searched California high and low for the best sourced white wine grapes, and after a year of searching we found our grapes in one of its finest wine counties. We combined different varieties of grapes, to create a proprietary blend wine with a perfect mix of tropical back notes and a sweet orange finish, that is both tasty and refreshing.

Hey @jhkey . They are slightly carbonated. Juat enough for a excellent mouth feel, but not to much to cause bloating , bealching, and burping.
Now you can drink all day without the negative effects or needing to take a nap.
My wife and I enjoyed these as well. Lightly carbonated and nice flavors. Iâve found these to be great hot tub drinks, and good for those times when weâve wanted a lighter wine type drink, that wasnât a red or sparkling.
This sounds like a fun offering- and with the trifecta of rats, forum comments, and vintner participation, weâre definitely in! Looking forward to trying them out!

Just got my order! Popped open a mango. Crisp, light, not overly sweet with just a touch of tartness. These will be great for porch sipping this summer, over ice. I may add some brut sparkling wine while sharing with my semi-sweet drinking friends.

@jhkey from the last offer the only ingredients are wine, juice, and carbonation. IIRC slight carbonationâŠI donât remember them being very fizzy.

I really enjoyed these! I find them too sweet for my tastes on their own, but over ice and cut with soda water, theyâre refreshing.
