New Here – Curious About Storing Wine in Commercial Fridges
1Hi everyone,
Glad to be part of the forum! I’m relatively new to wine collecting—mostly reds for now—and I’ve been learning more about proper storage as I expand my bottles at home.
I’m currently not ready to invest in a full wine cellar, but I do have access to a commercial refrigerator (originally meant for beverages). This refrigerator has adjustable temperature settings. I’m wondering if anyone here has experience using a commercial fridge for short- to mid-term wine storage?

Why do I have the feeling that if I click the link it will take me to an ad for a commercial beverage fridge with adjustable temperatures?

It’s only $1,000 and you can get 5% off by signing up to receive emails. Will work great for screw capped wines, since it’s stand-up storage. Now I just need to decide if I want 2 or 3 of them…
@chipgreen 5%, you say? Where do I sign?

I lost all my edits, and I’m too lazy to recompose them.
The specs claim a setting of 50°F on the high end.
Build your own shelving hack and this is less than many of those marketed in the normal channels to appeal to us,
Curious where it goes…
I did restrain from submitting a poof request, barely.
