@marjoryk I’ve given Randy’s wines lots of opportunities over the years but always find them underwhelming. I ordered the Harvest Moon rose last year and had a bad bottle but what’s worse the wine isn’t very good. Something off about it that makes it almost undrinkable for me

We really like Randy’s Zins and Cabernet and Pinot. And Late Harvest Zin. The bubbles have mostly been fun and the whites have been very hit and miss (miss more often than not) for us. I don’t think we’ve had one of his pinks.

Overall, a pretty good deal. I looked up the average retail of each of these and the deal totaled up to $296 before shipping and taxes.
And yes, there is a sweet Gruet sparkling wine: Gruet Sweet Jolie Sparkling Wine. I got a case of this back in Dec, 2022 and I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I liked it very much even though the residual sugar was 20g/L

And like @skubaryk said, I would never have picked any of the lot which I received off a shelf either. That is unless a bottle of one of these was heavily discounted comparable to what I’m used to paying on Casemates or from the Manager’s Shelf of markdowns at my local Kroger.
So all in all, this was a fun buy and a chance to try some unfamiliar sparklers.
Not a big Champagne collector myself…so really, anything is a nice surprise. We always have cases of Prosecco, French sparkling whites from the Loire, Alsace, & Burgundy (Last Bubbles), as well as loads of Gruet (Casemates) on hand (We enjoy Aperol Spritz year ‘round), so legit Champagne is a bit of a treat.
