Received a case with 9 leaky corks. What would you do?
0As the title says, I received my order with dried wine on at least 9 of 12 bottles. I contacted customer service and they suggest I drink the wine to find out if it is any good. I feel like I should either be sent a return label or fully refunded, but they aren’t seeing it my way. Am I in the wrong?
