I used to go to flea markets and garages sale a lot (long ago) and in many cases negotiating is part of the “fun” and almost expected. I would say I was moderate in that, once I thought it was about where I wanted, I’d go for it, not be an asshole and keep pushing. Things vary widely, even then.
Haven’t done that kind of shopping in a long time. But things are different now anyway. As most have found out, the recent years are basically “can you do it? how long till you are available? or do you have it? when do you think you might get some in? OK tell me how much it is, I’ll pay!”
I just scheduled some tree work and the soonest available was October. And the price went up since last year because of the cost of diesel.
Nowhere near as good as WD.
Why does zero come after five?
@rjquillin Afterthought?
