OK, I guess I can’t say much, but the email came in last night telling me I’m a Lab Rat. Today the bottle arrived. I can’t say what. I can’t say when. But I can say it’s both an honor and a little scary that the PTBFoH at Casemates want a review on pretty short notice.
Any hints? I’m not in to the whole “it has a delicate nose with hints of chocolate and stale cigar butts” thing.

I’m not a very knowledgeable wine drinker, but when I got my bottle to Lab Rat, I started by going to the winemaker’s website, read their tasting notes, and then checked to see which ones I agreed with, and whether I smelled or tasted something different. Gives a place to start at least.
