Abstaining from answering since i’ve only had one, to my knowledge. I was gifted a Tokaji Aszu many moons ago. I was extremely new to wine, so i didn’t appreciate it as much as i would now.
I’d certainly like to expand my horizons, and i’ve been buying mid-range Sauternes but haven’t opened any up. My wife doesn’t like the sweet ones, thus i have to wait until we have friends over.
Ok, I had to look that one up … so that would probably be a “Nah” for me.

I believe my first was a WW offering - 2005 Shadow Canyon Cellars Paeonia Bien Nacido Vineyard.
Still have a bottle stashed away. Surprisingly, the website still lives even though the winery is long gone.
