Upcoming Napa visit
0We’ll be heading to Napa in September and are looking for recommendations for tastings. We’re looking for smaller wineries. During the Wine Woot days we arranged some nice visits with Peter Wellington, Ty Caton and others. My favorite visit ever was with Scott and Jana Harvey at their house in St. Helena. It led to a nice friendship. Do these type of low key visits with the winemakers still exist?

Of course. I think the issue would be reaching out to the smaller vinters, and or the farmers. The growers will tell you their fave from their lands. The wine makers will invite to the tasting room and see if they like you.
Are you going to Napa or Sonoma? The wineries you listed are in Sonoma I think?
plans have changes a little. We might staying in Petaluma so, we will be more on the Healdsburg and Sonoma side.
