Made a Pati Jinich Pollo AJocomino chicken dish and wanted a cab tonight. So digging around the cellar looking for a cab and found this 16 Jean Edwards Stagecoach, really quite delicious! RIP Karen!
Work dinner at an Italian place. The wine they were generally serving was a way-too-young and rather blah Italian something or other. They at least had an unnamed Barolo that I enjoyed instead.
