When do I get my 6 months of VMP credit for being one of the KS backers?

SaintO thought this was worth mentioning said Sat, Jan 19th 2019 at 8:54pm ET

See the subject line. I backed the Remote Launch Party Pack with an extra $60 thrown in to cover a year’s worth of VMP, but when I look at my VMP payment records I see a charge every month since 10/16 (when I became a VMP) to one of my credit cards. What’s the deal folks?

I’m just ending my free year. Sounds like yours ran into some kind of glitch. Did you try contacting customer service?
