When rehydrating does drinking coffee or pre-workout interfere with the process?
0I fear that I have been chronically or just dehydrated in general and I’m starting to think that me taking a pre-workout that has 400mg of caffeine is causing me to not be able to rehydrate. but some people say that this is just a myth so I am stumped.

Have you tried substituting wine for the pre-workout coffee? It might not help you rehydrate but it will loosen you up a bit.
