@Thumperchick If I backed the remote party pack at the $160 level to include VMP, and was on the email list, do i get the coupins too?

To anyone interested, the answer is that you do get coupons if you backed at the $160 level and were on the email list. Just send CS a quick message and they will give you your code!

@melwin Some folks on the WCC Insiders list did qualify for coupons, based on their backer level, but have not received an email.
There are several reasons this may have happened, the most common being that the Kickstarter Survey wasn’t filled out before the soft deadline, or they didn’t have an account yet, or it was a day ending in y.
We’re working on these case by case to make sure everyone gets their Backer Rewards.

@Thumperchick I’m glad this topic was brought up because I accidentally deleted my coupon email and had to search for it. Pretty sure that happened because it was a day ending in y.

@Thumperchick WCC Insider check, Kickstarer survey submitted before deadline check, created an account check, must be day ending in y here because I have no coupons. Support email sent.

@pseudogourmet98 Same here - WCC Insider, $60 VMP level, survey submitted before deadline. First inquiry to CS I was told that they were still working on getting the coupons out to WCC Insiders. 2 days later sent another inquiry and got a reply with the code. Apparently WCC Insiders are only getting the coupon code if they contact CS.

@chipgreen That isn’t the case. We ran some automation here to group the WCC Insiders, with those who filled out their backer survey and had an open account. If any of those pieces didn’t match, or weren’t completed, the automation couldn’t apply the coupon.

That said, if you haven’t received the coupon(s) - write in and I’ll look into it.

@efamily check your spam folder for a reply. I was caught up on all casemates requests yesterday afternoon.

@Thumperchick I mentioned here about not receiving coupons and emailed support on Jan. 16 and was told the same day that coupons were in the works. As of yet I have not received any further email regarding coupons.(Nothing in spam folder.)

@javadrinker I’m with you, Java (good to see you, again, bud!): I did not receive any coupons, nor was I aware I was expecting any. I think that this must be for the VMP membership, which has been applied to my account, so I think I am good.

If the coupon is for something other than VMP, can someone please clarify so that us laggards can tell if we need to do anything?

@jwhite6114 They are for people who were existing VMP members prior to the kickstarter campaign, who backed at the $50/$60+ level to extend VMP benefits.

@lichme Beautiful! Thanks for the explanation! I let my original VMP membership lapse, a while back, so was very glad to be able to get back in.

They are also for Wine Country Connect Insiders who did the Kickstart $50/$60.

@lichme But wasn’t there also a promise of coupons for the people who signed up with WCC in response to their email announcement? I don’t know the status of that.

I was part of that group, but I’m pretty sure my quick receipt of coupons was due to my being an ongoing VMP, rather than having anything to do with WCC.

@InFrom There are coupons for new kickstarters who were not previous VMP’s, signed up through the WCC link for the $60 ($50 early bird) level or the $100 party (either live or remote) and added $60 to the pledge, at least that’s how I understand it and I have received 3 coupons, but not till I asked CS.

@charlie1350 Currently we’ve only offered coupons to our kickstarters, or if there’s an issue with fulfilling an order.
The prices here generally don’t leave room for coupons.
