Where would you generally rank Cabernet Sauvignon in your wine preferences?

I would certainly consider Cabernet Sauvignon among the top three. The other top red is Pinot Noir. Top white is harder: it’s probably Chardonnay, but at its best Riesling gives it a very, very close run.
