2011 Vino Noceto Sangiovese Riserva

Opened the Harvey Barbera Mountain that was just recently offered with a cauliflower crust combo pizza tonight and it was a phenomenal mix. Try to stay to the lighter wines with a pizza but you really can’t go wrong with any wine + pizza!
That’s what I do. I drink wine, and I make pizza.
Barbera, Charbono, Zinfandel from California; Dolcetto, Chianti, Barbera, Primitivo, Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, Nero d’Avola from Italy, some others
