Pebble Lane Wines are crafted from ultra-premium California grapes to elevate the dining experience with unique cuisine. The process involves everything from sampling barrels with the winemaking team to final blending, ensuring each wine perfectly complements the distinct flavors of every dish.
California’s diverse grape-growing regions are renowned for their unique climates, but some areas benefit from a particularly long growing season. Proximity to the coast brings the influence of marine breezes, gently cooling the valleys daily. This effect fosters the gradual and uniform ripening of grapes, often extending their journey to physiological maturity by as much as four weeks compared to their counterparts elsewhere in the state. This prolonged period on the vine yields wines of intricate depth, boasting heightened aromatics, intense fruit flavors, and a rich expression of varietal character.
Grown on sustainably farmed vineyards, our grapes receive thoughtful care throughout the year. For our Pinot Noir Rosé, we source from coastal California sites where foggy mornings stretch into midday, followed by cool afternoon winds and mild nights. This coastal climate fosters the development of vibrant flavors and complexity while preserving the wine’s essential acidity.
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are whole-cluster pressed and fermented cold in stainless steel tanks. Minimal intervention and careful handling in the cellar ensure that Pebble Lane wines are fruit-driven and true to both variety and terroir.
Our Pinot Noir Rosé exhibits fresh aromas of strawberry, cherry, and light notes of rose petal. Crisp flavors of red apple and raspberry are accompanied by a refreshing yet lingering finish, with hints of fresh herbs. Pair with crab cakes or fresh lobster.

Windswept coastlines and sunny valleys meet to form the perfect setting for our estate vineyards. From this meeting of land and sea, the wines of Pebble Lane are crafted to pair beautifully with premium steak and seafood cuisine.
The wines of Pebble Lane are created from grapes grown on our very own estate vineyards. In this unique setting, maritime fog from the Pacific Ocean sweeps through the valley nightly, cooling the vines and lengthening hang time. This extended growing season allows flavors to concentrate within the grapes, resulting in exceptional wines with layered complexity.
Our sustainable practices are as much a part of our wine as our grapes. To share our tradition of winemaking and our vineyards with the next generation and to pave the way for future innovation is at the very heart of what it means to be sustainable. Our vineyards and winery are certified sustainable by a number of third-party organizations, including GLOBAL G.A.P., the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance, and BRC.

Pebble Lane 2022 Pinot Noir Rose
As always, super big thanks to Alice and WD for the golden ticket and opportunity to share some notes!
The bottle is clear glass with relatively simple labels. I like the look. Screw cap top, and the wine shows a really nice light salmon. ![front label][1]
![back label][2]![wine in glass][3]![wine in glass 2][4]![wine in glass 3][5]
On pop and pour, straight from a day in the fridge, it has some light apricot and floral notes… some white fruit. The palate is light bodied, very crisp with mouth watering acidity, and good minerality. Flavors of light strawberry and white peach… maybe some cranberry? I’ve been fighting a cold for the past few weeks, so I’m sure that I missed some nuances.
After sitting for 15 minutes in the glass, not much change… maybe slightly more bitterness (not in a bad way) that makes me recognize that this is a rose of Pinot Noir, and not zin. Full disclosure, I am not a big pinot noir fan, generally. As this warmed, definitely more of the PN earthiness that I don’t prefer.
Seems to be well crafted and a nice summer sipper, fully dry rose’. Given the crisp acidity, would likely be better with food, grilled fish or cream sauce. It held up well with the salmon in a butter sauce, smashed garlic potatoes, and peas we had for dinner.
For $8-10 per bottle, this seems like pretty good QPR.
